Lilikoi Margarita
Lilikoi Margarita

Yep!  This is the drink we built the restaurant on!  We’ve served it since Day One in 1993.  To invent it, we got a bunch of girlfriends around the bar and started mixing up different batches.  Several hours and drunk girlfriends later - voila!  the perfect Lilikoi Margarita was born.  At Bamboo, we serve it in a coconut cup, and we think it’s best on the rocks.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
3 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime

Lilikoi Martini

Both of us are Martini lovers, so this was a natural for us.  A big, frosty glass … a sweet, tangy sip …  Serve this with a slice of lime.
Ingredients:
3 oz Vodka
1 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix

Directions:
Shake with ice and serve in a chilled glass with a slice of lime

Lilikoi Mai Tai Recipe
Classic Lilikoi Mai Tai

This is the real way Mai Tai’s are made.  Not out of a bottle with some pre-mixed stuff.   The Mai Tai was invented in the 30’s in Waikiki.  It should always have a float of dark rum and an umbrella, because the story is that you are sitting under an umbrella watching the sunset on Waikiki Beach.  The recipe changed over the years because Lilikoi was unavailable … Until NOW!

Directions:
In a tall glass with ice, pour:
 1 1/4 oz light rum
1 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange juice
Top with 3/4 oz dark rum as a float

Always serve with a pineapple and an umbrella!

Lilikoi Iced Tea Recipe

1 1/4 oz Buttershoots (Butterscotch) Schnapps
3/4 ox Captain Morgan's rum
1/2 C vanilla ice cream
